Making of a Cake
First, I start off with a modified cake recipe from Duncan Hines that is guaranteed
to be moist and delicious! Choose from chocolate, red velvet, yellow, or white.
(I bake my cakes fresh, unlike bakeries that bake and freeze their cakes days or
weeks in advance.)
Second, I spread a filling of your choice between layers: pudding, raspberry, Bavarian
crème, and more (made-from-scratch fillings are purchased from Creative Cakes).
Then I top with your choice of Bake Mart whipped cream frosting or an old-fashioned
buttercream frosting recipe.
Finally, using your ideas or pictures or suggesting my own, I then create a sweet,
completely edible masterpiece that is guaranteed to wow your birthday girl or boy,
the mom-to-be, bride and groom, graduate, or special event guests.
