Who doesn’t love teddy bears?
A child’s room simply isn’t complete without a teddy bear to love and cuddle, regardless
if that child is 2 or 102! But don’t bother with a “Made in China” teddy bear! Get
a customized, unique-to-the-recipient’s personality, never-before and never-again
repeated, one-of-a-kind masterpiece that they will cherish forever. These “best
friends” are heirloom-quality, and will be handed down for generations to come.
A customized bear is one that matches a recipient’s personality or uniqueness:
- For one woman’s “tween-aged” daughter, I made a bear out of an antique raccoon coat,
then made a dress and headband out of the coat’s liner to match a favorite outfit
she wore when she was four.
- Another customer was an avid scarf wearer and collector, so I added a vintage scarf
in her favorite color—her bear matches her bedroom’s décor perfectly.
- Yet another recipient was turning 80 years old and was receiving her very first
teddy bear, so I whittled a “Happy Birthday” heart out of wood to hide inside (click
